Monthly Ritual: October 2024

For this month's ritual, we invite you to take yourself on a Blood Moon Date. You don't need to wait for the Blood Moon! Date yourself during your time of bleeding.

This ritual is meant to carve out space while you are bleeding, to sink into the sensations your body is experiencing, the thoughts in your head, and the emotions near the surface. It is best if you can dedicate an hour of uninterrupted time to this ritual, however, don't let that stop you from taking some time for a Blood Moon Date.
